Airbnb API Incident - Issues Affecting Airbnb Guest Names
Airbnb implemented a fix as of Feb 9, 10:00 UTC and webhooks should be returning names in full as expected.
They were monitoring the situation since, and have now marked the incident as resolved.
Airbnb alerted us that for API-connected users in some cases, there are issues with Guest Names showing as initials instead of full name. They are currently investigating.
