Vrbo has confirmed a recent update introduced some errors into their API. Upon reverting the change, we saw a stark improvement to our error rates in the messaging API. We successfully re-processed any inbound messages that have failed. We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We've seen error rates return to normal levels. We will continue to monitor.
We have retried any failed API calls, and a high percentage were successful on second attempt. Vrbo has confirmed other API partners are also experiencing issues. They continue to investigate, and we will share any updates they provide us.
