The issues with Channel Bridge Airbnb Booking download have been resolved using the new Airbnb site API v3. If you are still encountering errors, please contact our help desk.
As a reminder, there is no need to to run channel bridge for Airbnb once integrated. We encourage all Airbnb users to use our full featured Airbnb integration instead of Channel Bridge.
A new version (13.20) of the Channel Bridge tool has been submitted to the Chrome Extension library. This version contains a complete rewrite of the Airbnb booking export. Some features may no longer be supported.
If you encounter errors with this new version, please send them to our help team along with the Channel Bridge logs.
We've identified the cause of these errors to be changes to the Airbnb host dashboard. We are researching means of overcoming these changes, however users are encouraged to enable the OwnerRez Airbnb Integration to bypass the need for Channel Bridge entirely.
We are aware of errors impacting the use of Channel Bridge on Airbnb and Vrbo. We are researching this issue and will update here with more information soon.
