GuestSmiles Integration - Channel Outage
GuestSmiles has confirmed service restoration following their earlier network outage. We have successfully re-enabled availability and rate pushes. All listings are currently syncing again.
GuestSmiles is experiencing an outage on their website and API endpoints due to a network issue at their hosting provider. This is preventing availability and rate updates from reaching GuestSmiles listings.
We have temporarily paused pushes to GuestSmiles on our end to prevent repeated errors. Once GuestSmiles resolves the issue and confirms service is restored, we will re-enable syncing and trigger a full push to bring all listings up to date.
