Vrbo has completed the backfill.
Vrbo has fixed the reviews moderation issue! Their teams are working to run a backfill on the reviews that have not been published since the issue started in Feb to now. The backfill may take a few weeks but new reviews should start syncing over as expected over the coming days. Once the backfill has been successfully run, we will mark this issue as resolved.
Vrbo notified us that their automatic review-publishing system was put on hold because of a problem with moderation. This review-publishing system picks up new reviews from OwnerRez and brings them into Vrbo to show alongside native Vrbo reviews.
To be clear, native Vrbo reviews (ie. reviews written by guests directly on Vrbo) will continue to be published as normal, so this only affects the reviews that Vrbo imports from OwnerRez after a guest leaves a review on the OwnerRez side.
We are not sure how long the pause will last, but Vrbo said that the moderation issue should be fixed later this year. There is nothing you or OwnerRez can do to make review publishing work again. This is a Vrbo issue, and they will automatically start publishing reviews again when the fix has been released, starting with the reviews that were paused from Feb 22 onward.
