While we continue to see longer than normal request time for Airbnb APIs, we have been able to add infrastructure resources to scale our synchronization processes into more parallel requests. We are seeing shallower queue depths and ultimately faster syncs as a result.
We will continue to monitor and will update this notice once Airbnb provides a final resolution.
We have identified delays in pushing information (listing content, rates, availability) to Airbnb. There is no risk of double bookings, however, it may take a few hours for your updates to be sent to Airbnb.
We've identified the root cause as a significant increase in the time Airbnb takes to respond to our API requests. Airbnb has acknowledged the problem and indicated that they are researching a solution. We will continue to monitor and try to find other ways to speed up the process.
