The Wednesday patch included changes to some of our background service architecture that didn't exhibited issues during development or testing, but caused issues once they were running under production loads. Our on-call engineers worked to resolve the issue, and initially we did not believe there was any end-user impact. We recently became aware that there was a misconfiguration causing a backlog of Booking.com rates and availability pushes. We have resolved the issue, and the system is working through to backlog to push updated information as quickly as possible.
