Latest update from Lynnbrook:
BridgePay Service Disruption and Temporary Processing Restrictions
Hello,
We want to make you aware of an ongoing service disruption impacting customers who use BridgePay as their payment gateway.
BridgePay Network Solutions has publicly confirmed a widespread outage related to a cybersecurity incident. As a result, payment processing through BridgePay is currently unavailable. BridgePay has stated that this incident was caused by a ransomware attack; however, initial forensic findings indicate that no payment card data was compromised and that any files that may have been accessed were encrypted. At this time, BridgePay has not provided an estimated timeline for full service restoration.
As part of BridgePay’s ongoing incident response, BridgePay has requested that all customers and partners temporarily suspend or block any transfers, withdrawals, or incoming requests associated with BridgePay until further notice. This applies to all BridgePay partners and direct merchants. BridgePay has indicated that this is a precautionary measure to prevent unintended or incomplete transactions while their systems remain unavailable, and that no action should be taken to resume processing until BridgePay formally confirms that services have been restored.
