Planned maintenance for branded Portal sites (Thursday evening - U.S. time)

We're moving branded Portal sites, the ones that run on your own domain, to our content delivery network. This brings faster page loads, stronger security, and more reliable certificate renewals.

During the maintenance window we will update the DNS for these sites and issue new certificates. Sites come back online in batches, so your Portal may be unavailable for part of the window.

Nothing else is affected. The main app, hosted websites, channel connections, and guest messaging all keep running normally.

We'll monitor the migration closely and post updates here.
