Airbnb not accepting check-in instructions containing contact info
Airbnb has indicated that this issue is fixed. Feel free to add your contact details to your check-in instructions again. We will continue to monitor.
We're aware that Airbnb is rejecting listings with check-in instructions that contain contact info such as phone numbers or email addresses. Airbnb has acknowledged this as a bug in their API and is working on a fix.
Until Airbnb releases their fix, if you need to sync your listing content and you are hampered by this error, please adjust your Check-in Instructions to remove any phone numbers or email addresses.
We will update this notice again once Airbnb has released a fix.
