We've released a new version 13 of Channel Bridge that should solve the issue -- make sure you've got the latest version: https://www.ownerrez.com/support/articles/channel-bridge-updating-to-latest-version and attempt a new CB download.

A recent change to Vrbo's dashboard is causing issues with our Channel Bridge tool. Resolution requires rewriting much of the tool; in the interim, users are advised to manually record payments for Pre-API bookings, watch for duplicate payments, and consider connecting to the Vrbo API for better consistency.
