We wanted to let you know that Booking.com is currently experiencing an outage affecting their Reservations API, which began on March 24, 2026 at 3:00 PM UTC.

As a result, bookings from Booking.com may appear as calendar blocks in OwnerRez rather than showing full reservation details. No bookings are being lost — they are being held and protected during this time.

We will automatically sync the complete booking information once their service is restored.
