We've identified a recent change that caused a fatal application crash under the right circumstances. We hotfixed the bug yesterday afternoon and have been monitoring application stability since. We're happy to report there's been no further crashes. We will continue to monitor and apply fixes and performance enhancements as needed. Sorry for the headaches this has caused.
