While we've yet to receive official word from Allegion, we are seeing our API calls to our Schlage lock integration succeed. Please try to resync any failed door codes in OwnerRez if you did not manually add them in the Schlage Home mobile app.
Schlage user can attempt to use the Schlage Home mobile app to manage their locks until the Schlage outage is resolved.
We have identified the issue with the eRentalLock integration and have deployed a hotfix. eRentalLock users should be able to sync any failed door codes in OwnerRez.
Schlage / Allegion have confirmed there is known outage on their end, and their technical teams are working on a resolution. We have no ETA at this time.
We are still investigating the cause of the reported eRentalLock issues.
