Triggers showing skipped and time-based triggers not firing
This issue is now considered resolved.
We've released a patch for this issue. We are continuing to monitor the recovery of services and triggers.
We've identified a problem with triggers causing time-based triggers to be skipped unintentionally. Additionally, the application is showing future triggers as "Skipped".
A solution is in pending.
