Airbnb reports that they have resolved the problem of incorrect availability displayed on their user interface. Please contact Airbnb if you continue to see this problem
Airbnb has reported that guests may see inaccurate calendar availability in Airbnb. However, double bookings should be prevented with the correction to the last-minute availability check. We will continue to monitor the status of Airbnb's services. For up to the minute information, please refer to Airbnb's public status page: https://airbnbapi.statuspage.io/
Airbnb reports they have implemented a fix for this issue around 8:30 AM PDT today, and are monitoring the results.
Airbnb is reporting they are noticing some reservations are being confirmed without first doing an available check for API connected listings. This means Airbnb is confirming bookings without first verifying with OwnerRez the dates are available. We are still pushing calendar availability to Airbnb as dates are blocked out in the OwnerRez system, but these updates are not instantaneous, so double-bookings may occur. Airbnb is still investigating the cause, but we are still waiting to hear more from them on a resolution.
