This issue has been resolved by the release of Channel Bridge version 12.12.

A recent change to Vrbo's dashboard is causing issues with our Channel Bridge tool. Resolution requires rewriting much of the tool; in the interim, users are advised to manually record payments for Pre-API bookings, watch for duplicate payments, and consider connecting to the Vrbo API for better consistency.
