Vrbo has fixed the underlying issue & our services has been fully restored.
Vrbo has resolved the issue with message processing, so outgoing messages from OwnerRez to Vrbo are now working.
However, there are still some errors on Vrbo's end when pulling thread information for new reservations. This has been reported to their team, and they are currently working on a fix.
Vrbo has fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.
