All "Blocked Pending" bookings have been released to manual pending status. Card processing has been proceeding normally since the removal of the problem agent. This issue is considered resolved but we will continue to monitor it closely.
Some channel bookings received today between 2:30 PM and 8:08 PM EST may be in a "Blocked Pending" status due to this issue with the Credit Card processing server. We are working towards releasing those bookings for manual intervention.
We've identified an issue with one of the servers responsible for processing credit card payments. This server has been removed from the cluster and operation appears to be returning to normal. We will continue monitoring.
